Want a private get-away? Soak up the peaceful tranquility in this woodsy retreat. Bringing your kids? They will love this family friendly place to explore with no one telling them to keep quiet. Take a short hike to the spring. Look for mushrooms. Read a book. Soak up the beauty of nature surrounding you.

Our well-equipped kitchen boasts gas cooktop, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. BBQ masters can use the gas grill outside. Have your morning coffee on the porch or soak up some sun on the deck. There's not another house in sight! In the cooler seasons, enjoy a cozy fire in the wood stove (we keep you supplied with firewood!) Of course, there is heat and air-conditioning with the touch of a button.

Please note: There is no telephone, no television (other than DVDs) and no internet service. If you still want to feel connected to the outside world, there is fairly good Verizon cell service. You are welcome to bring your own mobile hot-spot if you cannot do without the world wide web (or if you need a working vacay). The upstairs has a Queen bedroom and an open loft area with 2 twin beds and space for a baby bed or air mattress. There is a sofa sleeper in the main level living area. We also have a hammock ready for your afternoon nap!

Experience lake living at The Boat House! This cute and trendy NEW bungalow welcomes you to the Boone-Docks, a niche resort of repurposed boats and nautical themed cabins, just outside the Cricket Creek Marina and Campground. Easy access off State Hwy 14 via Hwy 65.

The Boat House is the perfect spot to unplug and unwind. Enjoy coffee on the wrap-around deck, watch for wildlife venturing from the bordering forest, walk to the marina or swim-beach. Bring your own boat, or rent one from the friendly folks at Cricket Creek Marina. Visit nearby Branson, Harrison or Eureka Springs for shopping, shows and more adventurous options. Silver Dollar City is a scenic drive away.

Bring your paddle board or kayak to explore the quiet end of Table Rock Lake....also known for excellent fishing! We’ve got books, DVDs, checkers and puzzles for plenty of unplugged entertainment.
